The role
To ensure that the landlord\'s investment is well maintained and compliant. Also meeting KPI\'s set by the Team Leader
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* To manage, inspect and maintain a portfolio of residential properties in central London.
* Maintain Gas Safety and EICR records and instructing works where necessary.
* Carry out regular inspections of managed properties carrying out HHSRS checks and send out reports to clients.
* Update tenancy and property records continuously throughout the tenancy on CFP, Repait, Fixflo and deposit records on TDS.
* Deal with end of tenancy deposit releases including submission of disputes to TDS if required.
* Keep accurate records of keys held, loaned out and returned.
Skills and competencies
* Good organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks.
* Demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and spoken English
* A minimum 12 months experience in Residential Property Management
* Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel at intermediate level
Ideal
* Be ARLA qualified or willing to study towards Level 3 Technical Award
* Experience of CFP
* Experience of Fixflo
* Experience on Reapit
