Staying Well is an innovative out of hours crisis mental health service which supports clients experiencing a mental health crisis. Staying Well provides crisis intervention to increase resilience and coping skills, empowering clients to safely manage their wellbeing within the community. We are open 7 days a week, (including bank holidays), from 5pm on weekdays and 3pm at the weekend.This role will support the Team Manager in running the Staying Well Brighton service, an innovative out-of-hours service providing support to people experiencing acute distress due to mental health difficulties. This psychologically informed service follows a crisis café model, which we deliver across East Sussex. The service is staffed by a mix of paid Recovery Specialists and Peer Workers.We are looking to appoint a Coordinator to provide line management and supervision to the Peer Workers in our team, based in Brighton. The role will involve regular evening and alternate weekend shifts. You will be working alongside the team and coordinating the day-to-day running of the service.
