Join our Adult Social Care department as a Support Options Team Leader in the new Care Homes Brokerage team. You’ll help people live independently or find suitable residential care, making a real impact in our diverse city.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead a Team: Manage and support Brokerage Officers with regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Coordinate Workloads: Organize tasks and collaborate with other teams across Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Commissioning, Finance, and the NHS to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide Expert Advice: Guide staff, service users, and families on Personal Budgets and care options. Work closely with social workers, healthcare staff, and care providers.
Minimum Qualification Level
Less < 5 GCSE's -Grade 4-9 or C & above - inc Eng & Math
