About the Role
As a Care Professional at Home Instead Perth, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to individuals who need support with everyday tasks, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and offer emotional support to clients in your local community.
Responsibilities
* Providing personal care (e.g. dressing, bathing, and grooming)
* Assisting with mobility and physical activities
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Supporting medication reminders and managing appointments
* Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and respect
Who We're Looking For
* Previous experience in care is beneficial, but not essential – full training will be provided
* A kind and compassionate nature with a desire to make a positive impact
* Strong communication skills and reliability
* A willingness to learn and follow care plans
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
