We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nature Partnerships Lead on a 12 month contract to join GSK’s Central Sustainability Team. You’ll play a vital role in designing, managing, and accelerating sustainability partnerships and nature projects that deliver on our climate and nature targets while unlocking co-benefits for climate, nature, and health. In this role you will
* Lead Partnerships: Manage and review existing partnerships (e.g., WWF, WaterAid, WOTR, Projects for Nature, Race to Resilience) and identify new opportunities to deliver GSK’s nature targets with a focus on nature protection and restoration.
* Operational Delivery: Oversee the operational management of active partnerships and ensure alignment with best practices for nature protection and restoration principles, including the carbon credits programme.
* Strategic Influence: Provide thought leadership to develop and track key metrics for reporting, forecasting, and road mapping against targets and commitments.
* External Representation: Represent GSK with key partners and at external events, identifying and championing new collaboration opportunities to drive impact.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across GSK teams—including Procurement, Sustainability Engineering, Finance, and Communications—to accelerate delivery and enhance performance on water neutrality, sustainability standards, and human rights due diligence.
* Risk Management: Conduct deep dives into risks and external developments impacting target delivery, ensuring appropriate policies, standards, and guidance are in place.

* Experience in partnership set-up and management, ideally within sustainability.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use data to build business cases and present compelling arguments to diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking, with a proven ability to convert strategy into operational delivery and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
* Knowledge of innovative sustainability finance to explore funding opportunities for partnerships and projects.
* Expertise in nature protection and restoration practices, gained through experience in similar roles.
* A bold, collaborative mindset, comfortable with breaking down barriers and siloes to bring together disciplines and experts for impactful, scalable solutions.
