We’re looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Metering Sales team. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey — managing enquiries, converting leads, and delivering a great experience from first contact through to sale completion.

What You’ll Do
* Manage a pipeline of 60–90 active enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
* Work with warm inbound leads from PPC campaigns, customer connections, and data-driven targeting.
* Conduct outbound calls to warm customer data (no cold calling).
* Create self-generated quotes and manage sales through to completion.
* Achieve targets for profit, order volume, and quality assurance.
* Collaborate closely with Connections and Operations teams for seamless project handovers.
* Support a mix of domestic (70%) and commercial (30%) customers – from homeowners to developers and landlords.
