The Role
Charnwood Borough Council manages approximately 5,639 dwellings, 15 shops and 823 garages. You will be dealing with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti‑social behaviour and income collection. The role will involve carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy, and organising and attending estate walks.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Highly organised, able to plan, prioritise and work within a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to provide advice and use the tenancy agreement and legal powers to take enforcement action as required.
