Axis is looking for a Key Account Manager – End Customer. This is a new role supporting our growth and long-term strategy within UK & Ireland, focusing on the manufacturing industry and digital transformation.

What will you do?
The Key Account Manager – End Customer will support sales development through strategic partners across the UK & Ireland, mainly focusing on manufacturing and digital transformation industries.
You will be responsible for creating awareness and education of Axis solutions internally within Axis and externally with partners, acting as a regional brand ambassador.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement a UK&I strategy to position Axis as the #1 choice.
2. Collaborate with global sales teams and other regions to share best practices and ensure strategic alignment.
3. Identify, nurture, and develop relationships with new and existing partners.
4. Assist in planning and executing Axis event strategies for digital transformation.
5. Promote awareness through webinars, events, tours, and brand promotion activities.
6. Identify key industry forums and establish presence as a thought leader.

Additional qualities include:
* Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Experience in a similar sales role
* Preferably experience in IT or manufacturing industries
* Technical interest or background in technology
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Experience with indirect sales models
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
