Company Description Limitless Sports Therapy is a sports therapy and musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy clinic offering evidence-based treatment and performance support.
The clinic provides injury assessments, rehabilitation programs, sports massage, cupping, Pilates, and mobility sessions. Located within Hustle Wymondham in Norfolk, the environment is active, collaborative, and performance-focused. The team works with a wide range of clients, from everyday movers to athletes, supporting injury prevention, recovery, and long-term physical wellbeing.
Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sports Massage Therapist role based in Wymondham.
The Sports Massage Therapist will provide hands-on treatment to clients, including pre- and post-sports massage, soft tissue work, and recovery-focused techniques tailored to individual needs and goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client concerns, developing appropriate treatment plans, managing their diary, maintaining accurate clinical notes, and educating clients on self-care, stretching, and mobility strategies.
The role also involves collaborating with other practitioners in the clinic, supporting rehab, pilates and mobility programs where appropriate, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space.
The therapist will be expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, client care, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
* Strong hands-on skills in Medical Massage and Therapeutic Massage for sports, recovery, and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Proficiency in Body Massage techniques with an understanding of soft tissue function and injury mechanisms in active populations.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver targeted Treatment sessions, including assessment, goal setting, and progression over time.
* Recognised qualification in Sports Massage, Massage Therapy, Sports Therapy, or a closely related field; relevant professional registration or membership is preferred.
* Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common sports injuries, with a focus on safe practice and contraindications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered, inclusive approach to care.
* Ability to work independently within a team-based environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate clinical records.
* Availability to work peak times such as evenings and/or weekends as required by client demand.
