An established and highly regarded regional law firm in Devon is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding property team.

Responsibilities
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post‑completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages and refinances
* New build transactions
* Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process while maintaining excellent client care standards.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE
* Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
