This MI Analyst role is central to that mission. You’ll turn data into something meaningful, accessible and human. The kind of MI that helps leaders lead, teams improve, and Consulting operate at its best.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Designing and building intuitive Power BI dashboards that help teams see what’s happening at a glance.
2. Translating questions and business challenges into visuals, metrics and insights people find genuinely helpful.
3. Producing regular and ad hoc reports that highlight trends, risks, successes and opportunities.
4. Using Power Query, DAX, and occasionally Python or Alteryx, to shape, clean and transform data.
5. Working closely with our technical specialists, bringing their expertise to life through brilliant insight.
6. Helping to build a shared library of dashboards, definitions, and templates that support consistency across Consulting.

7. Experience working in a professional services environment.
8. Proven experience as an MI or BI Analyst, ideally using Power BI end to end.
9. Confident with Power Query/DAX and comfortable working with multiple systems.
10. Great at breaking complex topics down into clear, actionable insight.
11. Strong communicator who can build relationships across teams.
12. Organised, proactive and able to manage shifting priorities.
13. Strong critical thinking skills
