Job Description:
Salary £75-85K + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance
The Head of Vet Key Accounts is responsible for leading a team of 5 Key Account Managers across the UK and Ireland, and is accountable for the delivery of sales, profit & related KPI’s within the Vet channel. This position reports to the Pet Professional Sales Director UK and Ireland.

* Experience within veterinary or related fields, managing National Accounts at a senior level.
* Proven track record in line management.
* Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to demonstrate experience of influencing, leading change, and developing team culture and capabilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to various audiences.
* Excellent analytical skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Direct line management of 5 NAMs in line with Royal Canin's strategies.
* Long-term strategic planning for external partners and internal stakeholders.
* Management of customer terms negotiations, trade expenditure, advertising, promotional spend, and communication on new product development.
* High-level planning, cross-functional collaboration, and discipline in managing Veterinary National Accounts both online and offline.
* Building collaborative relationships with buyers, Vet and nursing directors, and internal stakeholders.
* Periodic forecasting, tracking, communication, and course correction of volume, sales, and service provision.
