Responsibilities
* Drive and exceed the sales budget.
* Develop and implement an action‑oriented business plan for your location.
* Monitor and drive store and team KPIs to maximise growth opportunities.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, setting a high standard for customer experience across the team.
* Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
* Network and cultivate relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ revenue‑driving events.
* Build a strong team by setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and training.
* Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews.
* Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures, escalating issues as needed.
* Support recruitment by interviewing candidates and providing trial‑shift feedback.
* Implement approved brand and product training programmes across the team.
* Execute visual merchandising guidelines with high standards.
* Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
* Ensure precise payment processing and cash handling through regular training.
* Process in‑store services (e.g., engraving, after‑care) with regular team training.
Qualifications
* Experience leading and coaching a retail team to success.
* A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
* People‑management skills and ability to handle escalations effectively.
* Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs and driving targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility.
* Organised, able to produce quality work within deadlines.
* Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
Additional Requirements
Fully flexible to work across all locations and shift times. Must provide documentation of UK work authorisation.
Travel Requirements
Travel to other boutiques and concessions may be required.
