We are looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to join our small team.

Woodford Plastic Fabrications Ltd fabricates a wide range of bespoke engineering plastics products such as chemical storage tanks and vessels, associated pipework and manifolds, pipeline fabrications, on-site installations, manufacture of OEM plastic parts and plastic vehicle bodies to name a few examples. We provide our services' across the UK and internationally. Our clients include a wide range of blue-chip companies including chemical and pharmaceutical manufactures, General industrial manufacturers, water and utility contractors, as well as the energy generation industry..
The Role
The Office Administrator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will handle a wide range of administrative duties, support executive staff, and contribute to creating a productive and positive work environment. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Typical Responsibilities:
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
* Filing and archiving
* Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
* Compiling reports
* Managing diaries for team members
* Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
* Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Essential and preferred Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills
* IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
* Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
* Customer service skills
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
* Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12,750.00 per year
