Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 5 Inset Days

Salary: £24,899 to £27,010 per annum (actual salary)
Responsibilities
* Support the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to manage and reduce risk of harm for pupils.
* Work with external agencies, colleagues within the academy, and attend TAS meetings.
* Ensure that all matters relating to safeguarding concerns are dealt with swiftly and appropriately in line with statutory and Academy guidelines.
* Provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, arranging and attending meetings and preparing reports.
* Respond to and plan to meet individual pupils’ needs, with advice and guidance from the Designated SLT Link and Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant safeguarding experience or training.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience working with pupils at varying levels of risk.
* Knowledge of statutory safeguarding guidance.
