Job Description
This role is remote with a pay of up to £500 per day.
Key Responsibilities
* Must be fluent in German.
* Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to handle multiple workflows.
* Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
* Understand content quality aspects to ensure agency deliverables are timely and of high quality.
* Work with DAM/MLR tools.
* Collaborate with the CX & Design team to adapt centrally created content based on strategic input.
* Manage briefs and content localization requests, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
Position Purpose
The role is part of the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team, focusing on designing impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients.
Major Accountabilities
* Work with the Engagement & Activation Director and agency to understand customer journeys and adapt content accordingly.
* Support content adaptation to local requirements ensuring compliance.
* Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with Content Hub and Engagement teams to deliver localization aligned with engagement plans.
Minimum Requirements
* Fluent in German.
* Strong marketing, content, and project management skills.
* Experience with content adaptation in agencies or on the client side.
* Understanding of content quality standards.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
Desirable Requirements
* Understanding of regulatory environment for marketing to HCPs.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
