Advanced Youth Offending Service Officer - Ilford Contract £32.93 per hour Umbrella (approx. £51,370.00 per annum) Full time Duties and responsibilties Manage a caseload of youth justice cases, including both out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders, in compliance with the National Standards and the HMIP Inspection Framework. Adopt a Child First, Offender Second approach to deliver effective support and interventions that help children and young people complete their disposals/orders and lead crime-free lives. Maintain clear and effective communication with children, young people, their families, and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals involved.
