They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone dedicated to making a real difference in children’s education. As a HLTA, you will collaborate closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across a range of subjects. You will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing tailored support for individuals and small groups, and helping create a positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring high levels of student engagement and progress
* Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups, both inside and outside of the classroom
* Support classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Address the pastoral and emotional needs of pupils, promoting well-being
* Prepare learning materials and assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress
* Deliver targeted interventions for children with additional needs
* Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
