Construction Litigation Solicitor | City of London A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded contentious construction team at a leading UK law firm. This role is ideal for a newly qualified to junior associate-level solicitor with a genuine interest in construction law, looking to build their career within a busy, collaborative and specialist disputes practice. You will be joining a Legal 500-ranked Construction, Engineering & Procurement team, comprising approximately 40 fee earners and recognised for its strength in complex construction disputes and building safety work. The team is known for acting on high-profile and precedent-setting litigation, including matters before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Technology and Construction Court (TCC). You will gain exposure to a wide range of dispute resolution methods, including: - Adjudication - Mediation and arbitration - Expert determination - TCC and tribunal proceedings A significant proportion of the work relates to large-scale residential developments, remediation projects and post-Grenfell building safety issues, placing the team at the forefront of one of the most active areas in the construction sector. Clients include major social housing providers, contractors, consultants and property investors, offering a strong mix of public and private sector work. This is an excellent platform for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience, early responsibility and strong mentoring, with clear opportunities for career progression and specialisation.
