Communication
Utilise and demonstrate sensitive communicationstyles, to ensure patients and their families are fully informed and consent totreatment.
Communicate effectively with patients and carers,recognizing the need for alternative methods of communication to overcomedifferent levels of understanding, cultural background and preferred ways ofcommunicating.
