Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to recruit 2 x Planner & Administration Officers to join an established team within Housing Maintenance.
1 x 37-hour post worked over 5 days (Monday - Friday)
1 x 22-hour post worked over 3 days (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Note: The role is eligible for the Council's flexi scheme, but the team operates on a rota basis covering hours between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with tenants, agencies, suppliers, and internal customers to schedule housing repairs.
* Communicating appointment details and changes with tenants, trade operatives, and staff.
* Providing prompt, high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and digital channels.
