Role Purpose
Own the e-commerce product and technology roadmap, ensuring Varley’s website and supporting systems are stable, scalable, and commercially effective. This role sits at the intersection of development, UX and tech, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and delivering high-quality platform improvements.
The E-commerce Product Manager is accountable for platform performance, system integrations, experimentation infrastructure and technical delivery, ensuring the website evolves in a controlled, measurable, and customer-centric way.
This is a Hybrid role, working three days in our Soho Head office, London and two days from home.
Product & Technology Ownership
* Manage the end-to-end e-commerce product roadmap, prioritising development initiatives for improved customer experience.
* Act as the primary product owner for the e-commerce platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
* Translate commercial and UX requirements into clear technical briefs.
* Balance short-term trading needs with long-term platform health and technical debt reduction.
