Your Move in Brighton are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties Generate and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between all parties Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given, however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targetted environments. In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) pay £24,000 plus 3 months guaranteed commission pay 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota Pension Scheme Career Progression It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
