Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Treasury Accounting and Reporting Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package.
In this role you will manage a wide range of Group Treasury activities across accounting, reporting, controls, and change.
This is a London based role and the team are usually in the office 2 days/week.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury financial reporting
* Reviewing the robustness of financial controls and implementing new controls if needed
* Adapting to and supporting finance transformation and automation
* Continuously looking for ways to improve processes
* Automating manual processes
* Overseeing a graduate and reviewing their work
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
* Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience in a financial services environment, Big 4 experience would be advantageous
* Experience or working in a changing environment
* Ability to work on projects outside of the normal BAU work
* Experience of implementing process improvement
* Treasury experience would be advantageous but not essential
