We are currently working with LB Hillingdon in their search for site labourers to support the day-to-day operations on a high-quality construction project. The ideal candidates will have prior experience on large-scale or high-specification developments such as leisure centres, and will be reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of working in a demanding site environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist skilled tradesmen (handymen) with their daily tasks as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site, including removal of debris and general tidying Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely Handle deliveries and distribute materials to the appropriate work areas Perform basic manual labour, including lifting, digging, mixing materials, and moving supplies Ensure all tools and equipment are returned and stored correctly after use Support with erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as fencing, hoarding, and access equipment. Comply with all health and safety procedures on site, including proper use of PPE Follow instructions from site supervisors and attend task briefings or inductions as required Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the site supervisor immediately Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years checkable experience working as a Site Labourer, Previous experience working on construction or refurbishment sites Good understanding of site health and safety practices Valid CSCS card (required) Own 5-point PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety boots, and safety glasses) Punctual, safely working, and able to work as part of a team. Additional Information: RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) will be provided by LBH(on site). A site supervisor will conduct a task and project familiarisation session before work begins. You will be paid PAYE not Ltd company, umbrella company etc Holiday pay will be accrued Working days are Monday to Friday
