Based in the West Midlands we are on a technology campus within minutes of the M42, M40 and M5. Following a shift in structure we are looking to attract a new QHSE Assurance Manager. Simply put you will establish the culture, policy & behaviour around QHSE (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment). You will have been recruited for what you bring and what you do, then it is time to deliver that! You’ll implement and set the standards to become recognised as industry leading through your own actions and influence. We’re looking for a pragmatist that accepts perfection is the goal, but every single step forwards in safety or quality is progress and so much better than inactivity. You must be an influencer that elevates Quality and H&S behaviour through nudges and recognition rather than rules and makes friends rather than fearful followers.
