A well-established industrial engineering and equipment supplier is looking to appoint a Service Manager to lead its service and engineering operations at its Wolverhampton site.
The business supplies and supports industrial equipment, welding systems and engineering solutions to manufacturing, fabrication and engineering customers across the UK. This role will play a key part in ensuring the efficient delivery of service, maintenance and equipment support to customers.
The Role
• Manage and lead the service and engineering team
• Oversee repairs, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment
• Ensure high levels of customer service and technical support
• Coordinate service schedules, workloads and engineer resources
• Support the growth and development of the service department
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a Service Manager, Engineering Manager or Workshop Manager role
• Background within industrial equipment, engineering, welding equipment or machinery
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage service operations and customer relationships
• Organised with strong operational and problem-solving skills
