This role is ideal for someone who can make an immediate impact within a busy, collaborative finance function and enjoys a broad mix of management accounting and operational finance work.Why This Role?

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals and P&L commentary
* Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple regions
* Oversee stock invoice postings and investigate purchase price variances
* Support marketing budget tracking and run monthly budget meetings
* Prepare VAT returns for multiple countries
* Complete bank reconciliations (GBP & EUR)
* Produce daily sales reporting
* Process monthly commission payments across all markets
* Update weekly currency rates
* Conduct monthly debt reviews and support the Sales Ledger function
* Provide operational finance support including calls, queries, and ad-hoc tasks
* Assist with the day-to-day running of the Finance Team
About You
* Qualified (ideally ACCA / CIMA but AAT and QBE would be considered for the right person
* Strong background in management accounting
* Excellent Excel skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP (desirable)
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
* Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
