Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial sites * Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently, minimising downtime for clients * Confidently service and maintain fire alarm panels * Inspect, test, and maintain fire extinguishers in accordance with relevant standards * Complete detailed service reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant * Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding system performance and upgrades * Ensure all work is completed in line with current fire safety regulations and company procedures Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer * Strong knowledge of BS 5839 and relevant fire safety standards * Proven experience working with Kentec, C-Tec, and Advanced panels * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve system faul...
