Retail Assistant – Part‑time (20 hours)
NIKE Unite Teesside is looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant to provide world‑class service to the consumer.
What you bring
* Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to consumers.
* Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Using your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services within the store.
* Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
* Continuously improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek deeper insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Availability
* Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
* Must be available weekends.
* Available between 9 am - 9 pm.
