An exciting secondment opportunity to lead, develop, deliver, and evaluate all aspects of Pharmacy staff education and training, alongside associated performance/outcomes within the Pharmacy Department at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust (CHS). The post-holder will provide a coordinated, highly effective training service for the pharmacy department and other areas within the Trust.
The post-holder will provide strategic leadership to training programs in Pharmacy to ensure they align with Department of Health, Health Education England (HEE), and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) requirements. They will lead, develop, and implement changes in the pre-registration trainee program, rotational foundation pharmacist program (including the Clinical Pharmacy Diploma), and pre-registration trainee technician program. They will also be responsible for providing professional leadership and advice on all Pharmacy training and development issues and for preparing strategic plans for Pharmacy training and development.
Additionally, they will deliver a highly specialized clinical pharmacy service to promote the safe, rational, and cost-effective use of medicines through personal practice and staff training.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
* GPhC registered
* Previous experience of more than six months in a UK-based Pharmacy setting
* MPharm Degree or equivalent
* Clinical Diploma (desired but not essential)
