An ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Wokingham is seeking an exceptional Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead our dynamic MFL department from September 2026.

About the Role
As Head of MFL, you will:
* Lead and develop a motivated team of language specialists
* Drive curriculum innovation and ensure high-quality teaching across the department
* Promote outstanding outcomes in French, Spanish and/or German
* Oversee assessment, interventions, enrichment and departmental development
* Inspire students to develop linguistic confidence and a lifelong passion for languages
* Contribute actively to whole-school improvement and strategic planning
