Responsibilities
* Ownership of customer relationships, developing and executing joint business plans that drive profitable growth.

* Leading strategic initiatives, including new product development (NPD), pricing strategies, and category expansion.
* Collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Operations to drive long‑term business success.
* Developing and implementing growth plans, ensuring our brands and own‑label products continue to thrive in competitive markets.
* Coaching and supporting the team, helping to shape the future of our commercial talent.
* Playing a key role in forecasting, ensuring strong commercial decision‑making and accuracy in planning.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior sales role within Grocery Multiples.
* Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
* A strategic thinker who can balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution.
* Experience negotiating and securing new business while driving sustainable growth.
* Excellent internal stakeholder management, working seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
* A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
* Ability to influence and engage both internally and externally to shape commercial strategy.
* Mobility is essential, as regular customer and site visits will be key to success in this role.
