About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Manager (Entry-Level) to support business operations, customer engagement activities, and team coordination.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in business management, operations, or customer engagement. No prior management experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience, working alongside experienced team members to develop key skills in communication, organisation, and team leadership, with clear opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customer engagement and service-related activities
* Assist with the coordination of daily operations and campaign tasks
* Maintain accurate customer records and respond to enquiries
* Represent client brands in a professional manner during face-to-face interactions
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly objectives
* Contribute to team performance and operational effectiveness
* Take part in structured training focused on communication, leadership, and business development
