We are seeking a motivated individual to join as Trainee Inspectors within the Goods In department at their Denham site. Interpret engineering drawings, test procedures, and technical specifications. Produce and maintain inspection documentation in line with quality standards. Use SAP to record progress, track components, and manage non-conformances. Handle materials and components safely and in compliance with health and safety procedures. Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S. What we’re looking for We’re looking for individuals with a genuine interest in mechanical engineering and how things work. If you’ve ever enjoyed tinkering with cars, bikes, engines, or mechanical projects, you’ll be at a strong advantage — this role is ideal for someone with a practical mindset and curiosity for engineering. You’ll also need: GCSEs in Maths, English, and Physics (or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office). A willingness to learn and develop technical skills. A self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
