Job Description Administrator Wellington TA21, UK Part-time- 19.5hrs Competitive Salary Company Benefits The postholder is required to provide full administrative support to all Managerial and Supervisory staff within the Oneline business. This role is part‑time, 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday -Friday). Core hours: 09:00am to 4.00pm, with a 30‑minute meal break. More about the role: Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming calls appropriately Using the CRM system to collate and report business information as required Providing administrative support to all operational staff Working with payroll to collate and submit timesheet information Working with the operational team to produce invoices Scheduling and planning daily planned and reactive works Maintaining the efficient and professional standards of the depot Assisting with general office administration duties required for the efficient running of the depot Maintaining office supplies, PPE stock levels and ensuring timely reordering Carrying out any administrative duties required on an ad‑hoc basis Providing full office cover in the absence of other office staff Undertaking any other duties for which the postholder is suitably experienced and qualified, as instructed by supervision, to meet the needs of the business Uploading update on over LinkedIn/social media channels
