Your Role as Head of SEND & Inclusion
* Lead and develop SEND & Inclusion services to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
* Oversee statutory performance, EHCP quality, and commissioned provision.
* Manage significant budgets and resources, ensuring value for money.
* Build strong partnerships with schools, health, social care, and wider stakeholders.
* Drive cultural and organisational change, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
Your Previous Experience
* Strategic leadership experience within a comparable SEND or education‑focused organisation.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Strong financial and resource management experience, including budget setting and monitoring.
* Solid understanding of inclusion and inclusive practice across education settings.
