What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * To support the Project Accountant to develop and operate processes, procedures and reporting to satisfy project accounting business requirements. * Ensuring the update of project approvals in IFS (ERP system), inputting contract values and budgeted costs * Updating IFS to reflect project completions * Engaging with project and finance staff to review, support and challenge project performance. * Assist with the capture of supporting documentation to facilitate external audits, both financial and SOX related. * Raise monthly, project and ad hoc invoicing and create appropriate back up. * Performing weekly and month end processes, including reconciliations between different systems, journals, accruals and relevant reporting where appropriate. * To perform regular testing requirements to ensure business systems remain compliant and supported What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Part Qualified Accountant (some study support may be available) with some experience working in a Finance team. * Experience: Significant experience in using Microsoft Excel, and good systems experience and software skills. * Skills: A confident and effective communicator at all levels, with a professional and positive attitude. A collaborative team player with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy. Flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious, with a proactive approach to challenges. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
