An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Procurement team at KMPT.
As Procurement and Contracts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an effective procurement service that ensures cost efficiencies and benefits to the Trust, while complying with UK public sector procurement legislation and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in managing procurement processes under UK public sector legislation, including open tenders (above and below threshold), framework agreement mini-competitions, and direct awards.
2. Proficiency in developing comprehensive tender documentation and evaluation criteria.
3. Detailed knowledge of UK public sector procurement legislation, practices, and tender management.

* Supporting contract management to ensure performance and ongoing value.
