Morson is delighted to be partnering with a leading national organisation who are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover basis due to start in January 2026. With an exciting period of change and growth underway, this business is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team covering East Anglia.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the HR Director, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the people strategy, embedding cultural change, and ensuring HR is seen as a trusted and visible partner across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, operational environment and is passionate about driving engagement, trust, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on a variety of employee relations matters, including complex casework.
* Partner with senior and middle management to influence and implement people strategy.
* Support organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned with budgets.
* Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Drive cultural and behavioural change, embedding best practice HR across sites.
* Coach and support the HR Advisor, ensuring consistency and professional excellence.
* Act as a visible and approachable presence within the business, providing sound, pragmatic HR advice.
About You
You’ll be an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner with a background in complex, multi-site environments. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, resilience, and the confidence to influence senior leaders.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in managing ER and change projects end‑to‑end.
* Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and professionalism.
* Comfortable balancing strategic input with hands‑on delivery.
* Confident, credible, and collaborative – a true “face of HR” within the business.
* Willing to travel as needed across East Anglia.
* Available to start in January 2026 on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Working Pattern
Hybrid model: typically 2-3 days per week on site, with flexibility based on business needs.
Based out of 3 sites in East Anglia.
