About the Role:
As Head Housekeeper, you’ll oversee the cleaning and presentation of our 9 guest bedrooms and public areas, ensuring everything meets the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on, lead by example, and take pride in delivering a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily housekeeping operation across rooms and shared spaces

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness
*
Manage laundry, linen stock, and cleaning supplies
*
Train, schedule, and support a small team of housekeepers
*
Work closely with the GM and Front of House to ensure smooth service
*
Take initiative on guest touches and room presentation details
What We’re Looking For:

Previous housekeeping experience in a quality hotel, inn, or boutique setting
*
A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
*
Impeccable attention to detail and pride in presentation
*
Organised, reliable, and hands-on
*
Friendly and approachable – someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience
*
Flexible and willing to support across the wider operation when needed
