They are currently going through a period of expansion in the North and seeking a talented Senior / Associate Valuations Surveyor to join their dynamic valuations department in the North West region, home-based. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for real estate valuation and secured lending. Key Responsibilities Conduct valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending purposes. Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards. Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values. Assist in mentoring junior team members. Qualifications RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property valuation. Strong understanding of the secured lending process in both commercial and residential real estate. Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
