We need experience integrating software with hardware and other systems. We value an interest in image processing, and experience in this area would be a bonus. We need a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. We need proven experience using version control and version control software. Responsibilities: We maintain and implement display system product features in line with agreed specifications. We provide support on system design, including design reviews with customers and technical proposals. We liaise with our 3D rendering system supplier to support integrations and developments. We proactively investigate and resolve issues across both software and hardware. We run customer demonstrations and provide customer support, including help desk cover when needed. We support the production of sales materials to help promote our products. We resolve and analyse issues reported by customers and internal team members. We deliver code to a high standard within agreed time and budget constraints. We review functional requirements, code changes, and software designs created by others. We act as a technical lead and point of contact on small-scale projects. We mentor new and more junior team members. We report on progress against tasks and identify any risks or blockers to delivery.
