Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours Main Place of Work: Barry Community Enterprise Centre/Home Temporary Reason : Families First grant funded until March 2028 - continuation of the post past March 2022 is subject to Welsh Government funding. Description: To provide advice and guidance to families/carers, initially by telephone, in line with the Families First guidance, relevant national standards and local and national legislation and guidance. About You You will need: Experience of working in an appropriate statutory/voluntary setting with children/young people and families. 5 GCSEs grades C and above or equivalent. High level of personal motivation and ability to motivate others.
