I’m working with a highly regarded boutique London firm that is expanding its family team. They have won numerous awards over the years and continue to be recognised by the Times, Legal 500 and Chambers for their excellence, not only within family, but across all their disciplines.
They are now seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their award-winning, top-ranked team.
This role will involve advising on a broad range of family and relationship matters, with a particular focus on high-net-worth financial remedy cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this area and be confident managing complex, sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high-net-worth financial remedy and private children law matters from start to finish.
* Draft court documents, prepare Forms E and witness statements, instruct experts, and brief counsel in line with the Family Procedure Rules.
* Progress and conclude cases in line with firm protocols and regulatory standards.
* Ensure full compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and all relevant legal frameworks.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team and support the development of junior colleagues.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including writing articles, participating in podcasts, and attending industry events and seminars.
You will work closely with a well-respected partner, helping to maintain and enhance the team’s excellent reputation.
