ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for full-time, fun, enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team this summer at The Fox in Oddington, Think stylish dining areas and garden, a buzzy bar serving seasonal cocktails. DJ Pizza nights or lazy Sunday roasts the log fire. Our seasonal menus using produce from our Daylesford Organic Farm just 5 minutes away, meat from our Wootton estate and ingredients from British growers and producers. RESPONSIBILITIES Serving a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and craft beers with precision and enthusiasm. Welcoming our guests with genuine warmth, big smiles, and great chat. Learning as you go, whether it's discovering new spirits, mastering the perfect pour, or diving into our seasonal menus. Keeping the bar buzzing with good vibes and great service. Having fun while working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Working closely with a team that supports each other and knows how to enjoy the ride! SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS We don't ask for much, just Previous bar experience is a plus-but personality is everything, we train you to be the best! A love for hospitality and connecting with people. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events. A team player with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude A strong knowledge of drinks and mixology is an advantage.
