TEACHING ASSISTANT 3 or 4 (KS2) Required from January 2026 - Temporary until 31st August 2026 (with possible extension)
TA3 Band 4, pt 12 to 17 (£28,598 - £31,022 pro rata)
(TA 4, Band 5, pt 19-22 may be possible dependent on candidate)
Hours: Term time only 30-35hrs per week (candidate dependent)

The Governors of Urmston Primary School wish to appoint a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 3 or 4) to join our highly motivated and dedicated team to work in KS2.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
- At least Level 3 qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- Excellent skills in terms of classroom practice
- High expectations of children's learning and behaviour
- Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm
- An effective team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
