The project will deliver a high-specification, modern care facility, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme control. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience on a well-structured site with a supportive team, or to step up into a more autonomous role. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently Assist in maintaining site records, inductions, and daily briefings Monitor site H&S compliance and report issues as required Track progress against programme and assist with scheduling Liaise with deliveries and coordinate site logistics Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the build Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role Background in residential, care, or healthcare construction preferred Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with site and office teams Available to start June 2025
