* Creating a productive and adaptable classroom environment for students to achieve their capabilities
* Planning and delivering outstanding Sociology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
* Building strong rapport with students and providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth
Requirements Of This Role:
* QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent
* Previous teaching experience within a secondary school
* Strong communication skills
