Run your own caseload, including: Company, shareholder, partnership and commercial contract disputes (and possibly data protection and intellectual property disputes) Potential to advise on insolvency and other matters as and when they arise Inherit a caseload and build upon it Bring your own specialism to advise on You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm – with full assistance from the in-house marketing team If offered at partnership level, then supervise juniors and trainees What do you need?
